NSPCC Number Day 2025
At Underley on the 7th February, we celebrated NSPCC number day. All young people got involved in a range of maths activities from baking, to playing games like Uno and monopoly, to attending a bake sale. We managed to raise over £90 for NSPCC, whilst also making maths fun for the young people!
We also had a maths resource competition for designing a maths resource from crafty bits we already had in school. There were lots of good entries from colour cubes, to counting hands and paper clocks.
Everyone had lots of fun and celebrated maths in different ways, whilst raising money for a great cause.
