Employability Skills workshop with the DWP

Margaret from Department of Working Pensions visited to run an Employability session around skills and qualities. Margaret led a Jenga game where the bricks all had questions around different skills and qualities you may need at work. 

Students took turns to take a Jenga block, as a group they discussed the question or statement about skills and qualities presented on the block. E.g. what is leadership? Why should we ask questions? What is conscientious?

 Students had lots of fun getting competitive to see who would make the tower fall and who could give the best answers.
